Instead, Greentank’s PRE-LOADED AUTOMATED TRAY SOLUTION allows you to seamlessly load up to 100 cartridges at a time into your filling solution, and then simply and effectively line up your mouthpieces with the alignment plate for an extremely easy automated capping procedure. All without having to take a single cartridge out of the foam sleeve.

Trays come in default 50 blocks, however, can be modified for any automated filling solution (ie. 100 blocks, 25 blocks, or any other size you require). We’re happy to say that the Greentank PRE-LOADED AUTOMATED TRAY SOLUTION is compatible with all major automated vendors including ATG Pharma, DDS, Thompson Duke, Convectium, and others. Base trays and in some instances, alignment trays will need to be purchased from your automation provider depending on their processes.
