Greentank Triumphs Over CCELL In ITC Patent Decision

Judge Rules Greentank Victorious Over Smoore, parent company of CCELL.

Greentank Technologies, an industry leader in the design, development, and manufacturing of high-performance vaporization hardware and aerosolization technology, announces the Chief Administrative Law Judge of the United States International Trade Commission (ITC) ruled in favor of Greentank in an ITC investigation initiated by Shenzhen Smoore Technology.

Specifically, in an Initial Determination issued on February 1, 2023, the Chief Administrative Law Judge found there was no violation by Greentank of Section 337 of the Tariff Act of 1930 in view of the three patents asserted against their cartridges by Smoore in the ITC investigation. The final Initial Determination is subject to review by the Commission.
